Ryan Kelsch joined E.S. Barr & Co. in 2014 and is responsible for Client Service and Business Development. Ryan previously worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst at U.S. Bank in Lexington, where he was responsible for analyzing and risk-rating companies. Ryan is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Transylvania University with a B.A. in both Accounting and Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. Ryan serves on the Audit Committee of the YMCA of Central Kentucky.

Fausto is driven to help contribute to the economic and cultural development of the Bluegrass. Fausto builds networks. He helps develop plans and puts them into action. Fausto bridges the aspirations of an entrepreneur’s business concept to the reality of starting a business. He helps existing business owners expand their operations. Through his involvement in the leadership teams of LYPA, the North Limestone CDC and the Lexington Forum, Fausto is also dedicated to contributing to the creative spirit of Lexington’s increasingly diverse community. As an individual who thrives in collaborative settings, Fausto is able to confidently present ideas to groups knowing that the value of the idea is best measured by the ability to obtain the consensus of the group.
Fausto earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Commerce from the Patterson School at the University of Kentucky. Fausto is currently enrolled in Leadership Lexington. Fausto was awarded the 2014 “One to Watch” Award by the Lexington Forum. He was selected as a LYPA Rising Star in 2012. Fausto was selected as a 2008 Top 40 Under 40 Business Leader and received the Hispanic Contractors Association of Georgia’s 2008 Residential Banker of the Year Award.

Davonna grew up in Flatwoods, KY and is a graduate of Georgetown College and earned a master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky College of Public Health in 2010. She has worked in healthcare for eight years in both patient advocacy and marketing prior to joining the LDC team in 2013.
Davonna is very active in her community serving on the Board of Directors for Women Leading Kentucky =. Additionally she is involved with the American Advertising Federation of Lexington, Good Ol’ Girls marketing support group, and Commerce Lexington. She is a graduate of the 2016 Leadership Lexington Program as well as the Citizen Police Academy.
Davonna is married to her husband David, and they have two cats, Lacey and Linx. She loves to jazzercise, bike, cook, scrapbook, and craft. Davonna is also a professional singer, performing at weddings, memorial services, galas, receptions and special events.
